Not too long ago I participated in an awesome vintage wedding themed styled shoot as a photographer! I was also able to contribute by baking making the cake, supplying the fur wrap (my great aunt’s!) and rings you will see soon! I also can’t brag enough on our models. Chelsea and Zach are a real life, over the top adorable couple. We shot at the King’s Daughters Inn in Durham which is absolutely amazing and I’m totally obsessed with it. I might even be planning my own mini-shoot there soon it’s so pretty. But I don’t think I need to tell you that – check it out for yourself!
The hair and makeup artists did AMAZING and the ladies were such a joy to work with. Our models looked like a vintage dream! I also have a little thing for their makeup bag: “Think happy, be happy”…ok 🙂
Y’all know if there’s a chance for me to work with my Photog BFF I’m going to. Look at Andi go! Shoot that dress, girl.
I’m telling you – these ladies worked pure magic on our little vintage wedding!
Our invitations were provided by Whimsical Prints, a local company. Their stationery is absolutely gorgeous!
Can I brag a little? I ended up putting together this little tablescape. I’m sorry if you see too much of this table. I was just too proud of the little table with pretty vermouth bottles that could.
Cake! Table! Flowers!
Selfie in the best table I ever did meet. Hello again, mirror table. Have I told you lately that I love you?
Our absolutely beautiful and adorable couple are adorable and absolutely beautiful. Stop with that amazing side-eye, Chelsea, I can’t take it!
I realize this isn’t necessarily prettiness but just so y’all know, this is how much shorter than Andrew I am.
I don’t think I mentioned this, but King’s Daughters Inn has a balcony and I made dang sure we got to use it. For reasons.
Of course we had to try a champagne tower too! PSA in case you ever want to try it: get more champagne than you think you need!
This shoot was SO much fun and I am excited to participate again in the future. A big thank you to the vendors who made the shoot possible and so very pretty:
